Established in the time 1962. Punjabi University has fifty- five tutoring and exploration departments covering under its marquee, disciplines offered are trades, Humanities & lores. Punjabi University offers courses in the fields of Pharmacy, Library lores, operation, Commerce, Languages, Computer Application, Performing trades, Law, Engineering, and Business Administration. The university also has the provision of Side entry for some courses. In addition to conducting education through regular mode, Punjabi University Patiala Distance Education is established to offer courses through distance mode.

Admission to BA, BHM, BPT, MA,M.Sc, MCA is done on the base of qualifying examination merit.

Campaigners are shortlisted for M.Tech, M.Com, MBA, LL.M, M.Ed grounded on the entrance test scores.

ForM.Phil/Ph.D admission, campaigners are needed to appear in Punjabi University Entrance Test.

Registration for all the courses generally commences in the month of June every time.

Punjabi University B.A & B.Sc Admission

Punjabi University offers B.A in colorful fields of Humanities and Languages and B.Sc degree in Mathematics. The duration of each course is 3 times. Campaigners, who wish to take admission in any of the courses mentioned below, can download the operation cum admission form from the University’s website from April/ May onwards.

Seeker, who’s concluding for B.A honey in Social lores are needed to take 4 voluntary subjects from the following piecemeal from English, Punjabi and general studies as main subjects Economics, History, Political Science, Public Administration and Sociology.

Admission to all the courses mentioned over is direct and without an entrance test.

Operation freights isRs. 1000/- for general order campaigners and Rs. 700/- for reserved order campaigners.

Investigation Test for Dance will be conducted in the concerned Department.

Note After successful payment of the operation freights, Login ID and word will be generated and transferred to the campaigners through SMS/E-mails. This should be kept safe for future reference.

Login through the stoner name and word.

Give all the information asked and also click on the save button.

Still, but this installation is available for a limited period of time, If the seeker finds any mistake in the form and wants to make corrections also it can be done by clicking on Edit button.

Steps to Apply for UG Courses in Affiliated Colleges of Punjabi University

Submit the Online operation- cum- Admission Form through the sanctioned gate.

Gain the Login ID and word on the registered mobile number.

Use the pupil dashboard to elect the College Courses of your choice. A seeker can apply for 10 different Course- council combinations.

Upon locking of choices, the operation will be encouraged to separate sodalities.

Once locked, choices can not be edited. Still, the list of council-course selections can be added in the future also.

Note Anon-Refundable, one-time Online Application Processing charges of INR 150( INR 100 for SC ST campaigners)- must be deposited at the time of admission in the concerned sodalities.

Punjabi University B.A & B.Sc Admission 2021

Punjabi University offers B.A in various fields of Humanities and Languages and B.Sc degree in Mathematics. The duration of each course is 3 years. Course Name 

B.A Hons.: Dance   Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidate should also bring with her/him all the required participation certificates and performance CDs at the time of audition. Selection will be made on 70:30 ratio. 70% weightage will be given to the qualifying examination and 30% to the aptitude test/Audition.

Social Sciences  Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks in any discipline in aggregate from a recognized school/Board/University in India or Equivalent.       _

Gurmat Sangeet

Journalism, Mass Media and Media Technology Selection will be made on 80:10:10 ratio. 80% weightage will be given to the qualifying examination, 10% to oral skills and 10% to the performance in the Interview.

TV and film Production

Punjabi Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination from a recognized school/Board/University in India or Equivalent.    _

B.Sc Mathematics and Computing Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with mathematics from a recognized school/Board/University in India or Equivalent. Selection will be dome on the basis of merit.

Punjabi University B.Pharm, BPT & BHM Admission 2021

Punjabi University offers courses like B.Pharm, BTTM, BHM, BPT   & B.A LLB. All the courses are of 4 years of duration whereas B.An LLB is of 5 years & BPT is of 4.5 years of duration. The application form can be downloaded from University’s website.

Course Name 

B.Pharm: Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board or equivalent. Candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English as main subjects.   Selection will be made on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English as main subjects.

BPT:

B.A LLB Candidate should have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category students) in aggregate from a recognized board. Selection will be made on the basis of merit which will be followed by State Level Counselling.

BHM: Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. Selection will be made on the basis of merit.

Admission to all the courses is direct and without an entrance exam except for B.A LLB, where admissions will be made on the basis of State Level Counselling.

Application fees is INR 1000/- for general category candidates and INR 700/- for reserved category candidates.

Punjabi University UG Integrated Courses Admission 2021

Punjabi University offers 5 and 6 years of Integrated courses in the disciplines of Management, Commerce, Science, Humanities and Technology. Commencement of sale of application forms begins in the month of April/May. 

Course Name 

MBA: Financial Market & Applied Management Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board in India or Equivalent. Those candidates who have passed NSE-CBSC joint Certificate in Financial Market Management at 10+2 level shall be given 5% weightage in admission.  Selection will be made on the basis of merit.

M.Com. Hons. : Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board or equivalent. Admission will be made on the basis of merit in Punjabi University Patiala Entrance Test.

M.Sc. Hons.: Botany  Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Medical subjects from a recognized Board or equivalent. Selection will be made on the basis of merit.

M.A. Hons.:  Economics Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Economics / Commerce/Mathematics as subjects from a recognized Board or Equivalent.

B.Tech+ MBA:   Mechanical Engineering   Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination with at least 60% marks (55% marks for reserved category) in aggregate (Non-Medical) from a recognized Board or Equivalent.
