Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University is the only ranch university in Hyderabad. The courses offered at PJTSAU UG, PG, Parchment, and Doctoral courses in the fields of Agriculture. Admission to the courses is both merit and entrance- grounded. Test scores accepted for admission are TS EAMCET, AGRICET, and entrance test conducted by the ICAR.

How to apply?

Aspirants are needed to register online for the admission process along with all the needed documents and an operation figure of INR,600( General) & INR 850( SC/ ST). The properly filled operation form is also to be transferred to the Registrar of the university through speed post.

Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University( PJTSAU) offers UG, PG &Ph.D. degree programs under colorful faculties similar as husbandry, Seed Technology, Agricultural Engineering and Home Science at its main lot( Rajendranagar) & element sodalities located in Telangana. 

The minimal eligibility for UG admission at PJTSAU is the seeker should have passed 10 2 examinations from an honored board. For admission to PG courses, a seeker must retain Bachelor’s degree in the applicable discipline from a honored university. For UG courses, the campaigners will be named on the base of their performance in the TS EAMCET, conducted annually by the Department of Higher Education of the Government of Telangana. PJTSAU Telangana B.Tech &B.Sc Admission

The university offers B.Tech and B.Sc courses in colorful specializations at the undergraduate position. Admission to all UG courses( except B.Sc. Home Science) is grounded on the performance in the state-position Common Entrance Test( TS EAMCET) conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. 

University also conducts AGRIENGGCET for B.Tech Agriculture Engineering and AGRICET for B.Sc in Agriculture for the admission of parchment holders in separate courses. 

Campaigners seeking admission to the UG courses at PJSTAU need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria i.e. a pass in 10 2 examinations from an honored university. 

Campaigners seeking admission to B.Tech,B.Sc courses can apply online through the sanctioned website of the PJTSAU. Upon primary enrollment on the sanctioned website of PJTSAU, campaigners need to apply for the TS- EAMCET examination via a separate gate.

Crucial Points

The upper age limit( 22 times) is relaxed in certain situations. It’s 25 times for SC ST campaigners and 27 times for scholars with physical disabilities.

In the case of a tie in species attained by two or further campaigners in the EAMCET, the marks secured in the voluntary subjects of the qualifying examination will be taken into consideration.

In the case of a farther tie, the age of the seeker will be taken into consideration.

The eligible campaigners will be needed to attend the comforting process depending on their individual merit as determined by the rank attained in the TS- EAMCET.

40 of the seats are reserved for campaigners belonging to the families of Agronomists( Farmers) retaining not lower than 3 acres of land either in the name of the parents or in the name of the pupil and who have studied for a minimum of 4 times in seminaries located in the Non-Municipal areas

Reservation of seats for Women In each course, 33 of the seats will be reserved in favor of women scholars from each order.

PJTSAU Telangana M.Tech &M.Sc Admission

PJTSAU offers multiple postgraduate courses similar as M.Tech, MBA and M.Sc in several disciplines. For admission to PG courses offered by the university, campaigners should have passed the applicable Maids Degree examination. Only the campaigners who have appeared for ICAR entrance examination are eligible for admission to PJTSAU. The upper age limit to apply for the course is 40 times as on July 1 of the time of admission. 

Selection of campaigners for M.Sc/M.Tech shall be done on the base of their former academic record at Under Graduate position( 30 weightage) and performance in the entrance test( 70 weightage) conducted by ICAR through AIEEA PG. In case of MBA Agri- Business Management, the selection shall be grounded on the performance in the entrance test, conducted by ICAR through AIEEA PG. 

In the case of MBA( Agri. Business Management) course, 10 seats are reserved for NRIs Industry Sponsored campaigners.

PJTSAU Telangana PhD Admission

PJTSAU offers Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D) in colorful specializations at the exploration position. Selection of campaigners toPh.D is done on the base of score attained by a seeker in the entrance test conducted by ICAR. For admission toPh.d course, the seeker should have completed Master of Science or an original examination in Agriculture or Home Science or Agricultural Engineering as the case may be, in the concerned field of specialisation with atleast 50 marks in the total.

The selection shall be grounded on the former academic record at a postgraduate/ under graduate position and performance test conducted by ICAR through AICE- JRF/ SRF( PGS) and the weightage would be in the rate of 603010( 60 Entrance Marks, 30M.Sc Marks and 10B.Sc. Marks).

Note 15, 6 and 29 of the seats in each Faculty are reserved for campaigners belonging to slated gentries, slated lines and Backward Classes independently.

PJTSAU Telangana operation Process

For PG,Ph.D courses 

Campaigners are needed to visit the website and fill the OTR(one-time enrollment ) operation.

The aspirant should furnish all the details while filling the Online operation Form. While filling the online operation form, the aspirant is advised to save the operation in draft form until final submission.

Upon successful submission, an operation number will be generated which can also be used for unborn correspondence.

The scrutinized passport size(3.5 cm x4.5 cm) snap of the aspirant should be in JPEG format of and not exceed 1 MB train size.

The aspirant’s hand should be scrutinized in JPEG format of(3.5 cm x1.5 cm) and not exceed 1 MB train size.

The documents to be uploaded should be scrutinized in png/ jpg/ jpeg only. The size of the scrutinized documents to be uploaded shouldn’t exceed 1 MB.

For OC/ BC aspirants, the figure is INR 1600 and for SC ST campaigners, the figure is INR 850.

Figure can be submitted through disbenefit Card/ Credit Card( Visa/ Master Card)/ NET banking/ portmanteau.

Upon successful submission and payment, the aspirant will be suitable to publish the operation form. The aspirant should enable “ background plates ” in print option before taking a print of the uploaded operation form.

Note For admission intoPh.D. programm, the campaigners should have submitted the M.Sc. position thesis on or before the last date specified for the damage of operations and must complete the thesis final viva voce examination successfully as on the date of enrollment in case of named campaigners.

Certificate regarding achievements atB.Sc. position in NCC/ NSS/ Sports/ Games/ Cultural/ Literary conditioning at Inter National/ Inter State/ Inter-University position, if applicable.
