Patna University runs a number of courses at UG, PG and Doctoral class with different specialisations. All the courses are performing in colorful fields and some of them are trades, Science, Commerce, Education, Management, Law, Medical and others. There are 10 constituent sodalities under which Diploma courses and multiple courses are offered by the university.

At UG position several courses are offered similar asB.A,B.Sc,B.Com, BBA, BFA etc. To be eligible for all these UG program scholars must pass intermediate position with a minimal chance from a honored board. For admission to these courses the university conducts PUCET, scholars need to appear in this entrance test and must gain a good score to be named.
