Kalahandi University

Established in the time 2009 by an act of Govt. Of Odisha, Government College of Engineering is a constituent council of Biju Patnaik University of Technology( BPUT), Odisha. Located in the quarter headquarters of Kalahandi, the institute is 5 km down from Bhawanipatna. 

Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi offers B.Tech in colorful specializations. Also, the council admits eligible campaigners in alternate time( third semester) of B.Tech under Side Entry system.

The selection process of the council is as per the rules and procedures of BPUT, Odisha.

Admissions are rigorously grounded on scholars ’ rankings merit in JEE Main and Odisha Joint Entrance Examination( OJEE).

Side Entry admissions campaigners need OJEE scores.

For B.Tech course campaigners must have a pass at the 10 2 position and Side Entry admissions bear parchment in Engineering and Technology.

Reservations are handed as per rules of the Government of Odisha.

Government Engineering College, Kalahandi B.Tech Admission

The council offers four specializations in the field of engineering at the undergraduate position. For B.Tech campaigners should have passed 10 2 examinations of CHSE, Odisha or original with drugs and Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the subjects from Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject Electronics/ Computer wisdom/ Information Technology/ Geology/ Statistics. Side Entry admissions are rigorously filled through OJEE followed by state position web-grounded comforting. The introductory eligibility criterion is three times parchment in engineering or technology. 

Selection will be on the base valid score attained in OJEE or JEE Main. Campaigners who wish to pursue B.Tech may register for OJEE counseling through the sanctioned website.Key Point for Admission 

75 of council seats of B.Tech courses shall be filled through the merit list of OJEE.

5 of the seats are filled through merit list of JEE Main.

The remaining 10 seats are filled up through both OJEE and JEE campaigners.

OJEE, conducted by Odisha Education Board, is a state position examination for admissions into colorful undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by government and private institutions.

Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi operation Process

Admission to the Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi will be as per BPUT morals. 

Campaigners can fill the operation form for OJEE through the sanctioned website.

Operation freights of INR 1000 can be paid through disbenefit card/ credit card in online mode or via State Bank of Indiae-challan in offline mode.

Campaigners seeking admission in the council must register for OJEE comforting by paying INR 450.

OJEE comforting has been initiated from June 14, in an online web-grounded mode.

Campaigners who distributed a seat must deposit admission figure ofRs. 25000/- to show their acceptance. Deposit can be made at any branch of State Bank of India or Axis Bank by challan.

Campaigners have to report at the nodal center for document verification.

OJEE 2022 Counselling Procedure

STEP- 1

Visitojee.nic.in and click on NEW Enrollment

Read the Consent Page precisely and click on” I Agree”

Elect the applicable course

Enter JEE Main operation number, DOB, Gender, Name

Click on’ Submit’

Scholars are advised to completely read the Counselling Brochure available on the website before registering. 

STEP- 2 

Give other required details similar as mobile number, dispatch address, word, and security question to complete the enrollment process

Enter a 8- 13 characters length word that contains at least one capital letter(A-Z), one small letter(a-z), one Numeric Character( 0- 9) and one special character(!,@,#,$,,, &, *)

Re-up the word and complete the enrollment

SMS alert will be transferred on completion of enrollment

Scholars must flashback the entered word as it’ll be used in future for choice stuffing and viewing result detailsetc. 

STEP- 3 

Click on” Application Form” and fill seeker profile like fireside, social order, special/sub-category like Green Card, Physically Challenged, Ex-Servicemen, Tuition Fee Waiver( TFW) scheme, and state of fireside, qualifying examination passed from an institute located in Odisha, parents working in Odisha

Click “ Save & Next ” to do to the coming screen. 

STEP- 4

Elect your qualifying examination

Enter the required information similar as Board, Roll number, Institute, time of end, marks secured, full marks, subject wise marks secured.

Click “ Save & Next ” for the coming screen

STEP- 5

Enter contact information, endless and communication address

Click” Save” and complete the enrollment process

STEP- 6

Pay enrollment figure ofRs. 450/-( online)

Click” Save” and do

Click on Menu> Choice Filling & Locking

Read the instructions displayed on the screen and do to the coming screen for choice filling

Two block will be displayed. The Left block contains list of all sodalities and branches and the Right block will contain the choices filled by campaigners.

Add the choices of sodalities and branches according to your preference.

Choose as numerous choices as asked arranged kn preferences of council/ branch

Scholars must note that one council with one branch is treated as one choice. For illustration, College of Engineering & Technology( CET), Mechanical branch should be treated as one choice. Also, College of Engineering & Technology( CET), Electrical branch should be treated as another choice and so on.

Scholars can use the exchange and MOVE options to change the precedence of filled choices.

For Education figure Waiver( TFW) campaigners, the Choices of sodalities and branches for both the TFW seats( for illustration, CET, Mechanical Engg – TFW) and thenon-TFW seats( for illustration, CET, Mechanical Engg) will be offered.

Education figure Waiver( TFW) scheme is applicable to four time bachelorette programs similar as B.Tech.,B.Pharm.,B.Plan and LEB.Tech.

Campaigners whose periodic family income is belowRs. 8 Lakhs is eligible under the scheme.

Waiver is limited to Tuition Fee only.

The scheme is applicable only to the campaigners who are natives of Odisha and whose parents satisfy the over mentioned income criteria

Submission of income instrument properly inked by competent authority at nodal center for similar campaigners is obligatory

Scholars are advised to use SAVE & CONTINUE button at regular intervals

The mock allotment results will let the campaigners know their allotment status on that date as per choice filled by them.

Still, campaigners can alter their choice as per their preference and choice in mock allotment affect

If required.Choice Locking installation will be actuated

Upon activation of Locking installation, campaigners must first check whether they’ve made correct choices as per their demand

Still, click “ cinch ” button and lock the choice using the word and take a print of locked choice, If satisfied.
