The University operates under the competent and able guidance of the chancellor, Dr. Ravi Juniwal. Apex University, Jaipur is governed by the Board of Management and Academic Council under the leadership of several learned academicians, experienced administrators and Deans supported by numerous other officers and staff members.

Sanjay Shiksha Samiti with its heritage of excellence in education for over 57 years, launched Apex University (AU), Jaipur. This University has been established by the Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018. The main campus of the University is spread over a sprawling area of 30 acres campus in an eco-friendly environment at the Achrol on Jaipur-Delhi National Highway and is one of the best campuses in the region. AU has a world-class infrastructure, including state-of-the-art research facilities and modern libraries. In line with Sanjay Shiksha Samiti's legacy of providing quality education, the university uses the latest and innovative methods and technology to impart education.

Administration By Candidates(Student Governance)

We always believe in developing leadership skills in candidates with utmost discipline. Sometimes, we give a chance to demonstrate such skills by giving our candidates some administrative jobs. It’s a great way to participate in the mainstream and show capability and responsibility.

Students Clubs

At our Campus, Candidates get a chance to be a member of various Students Club. These clubs can be joined as per the interest of the students.

Candidates can also join Academic Clubs related to their subject preferences.

The Debate Team

The Debate Team is a great idea to develop the ability of thoughtful discussions in the candidates. Candidates on the debate team are more likely to be engaged in the issues of today, able to think critically and are not afraid to speak out.

The Art & Culture

Creativity is always an asset and it is useful in every arena of the human life. Candidates active in creative arts, like music, drama and visual arts tend to be open-minded, eccentric and think outside of the box.

Internships

Obtaining an internship as a partial fulfillment of the course curriculum is very important. It gives the opportunity of the market exposure and creates better chances for the employment after the studies.

Volunteer Work and Community Service

Sports

Healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Participating in any sport activity helps to improve the endurance of the human body and creates a way for a healthy life. We encourage our candidates to join various Sports Clubs at Apex University.

BOYS HOSTEL

Apex University is committed to provide a comfortable hostel facility for its candidates. We provide sociable accommodation where candidates can feel just like at home.

In other words, Apex Hostel makes you feel like Home, Away From Home.

A number of the senior teaching staff are appointed to take responsibility for the students. Apex hostels are completely Ragging-Free hostels and Apex administration has a zero tolerance policy on the Ragging as well as other similar activities.

Hostel rooms are kept properly clean and hygienic.

Hostel rooms are spacious with proper air ventilation.

A hostel room consists of the bed, table and dedicated almirah.

Hostel campus is 100% wi-fi with all the modern facilities.

CRICKET

Sport is a challenge where you compete with your opponents. You need to analyse and understand their moves and make spontaneous decisions, consequently improving your mental ability. Thinking sharply and responding according to the situation has a positive impact on a sportsperson's brain.

Sports also helps in developing your social skills as you interact with your opponents as well as your teammates. It improves one’s ability to work in a team giving him or her exposure to the team culture, which is beneficial in professional life as well. Even the mere spectators of a sport interact with each other and support their respective teams by shouting and cheering; resulting in overall happiness and good social behavior.

Apex Cricket League

Cricket is an important part of the culture of India. Cricket owes much of its appeal and enjoyment to the fact that it should be played not only according to the Laws, but also within the Spirit of the Cricket. The Preamble is a short statement that states the "Positive behaviours that make cricket an exciting game that encourages leadership, friendship and teamwork."

CENTRAL LIBRARY

A library is a collection of all sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for the reference or borrowing. Apex Central Library provides physical or digital access to the material, research papers, journals and books.

Apex Central Library has a huge collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, e-books, audiobooks, databases, and other formats.

Central Library is well organized with state-of-the-art facilities. Public and institutional collections and services are intended for use by the candidates, faculty members or who require professional assistance with their research.

In addition to providing the study materials, Apex Central Library also provides the services of the librarians who are experts at finding and organizing information and at interpreting information needs.

Apex Central Library provides quiet areas for studying and offers common areas to facilitate group study and collaboration.

We are extending services beyond the physical walls of the Central Library, by providing material accessible by electronic means, and by providing the assistance of the librarians in navigating and analysing very large amounts of information with a variety of digital resources.

Apex Central Library is well equipped with the Smart Library Management Software System which enables the library with barcoded books and a smart library card.

Apex Central Library is increasingly becoming a community hub where programs are delivered and people engage in the lifelong learning.

As a community centre, Apex Central Library is also becoming increasingly important in helping the communities mobilise and organise for their rights.

Looking into his past credentials of the vast technical and professional experience, the Govt. of Rajasthan has appointed Dr. Ravi Juniwal to the coveted post of the Chairman of the Board of Governors (BoG) of the Engineering College Ajmer Society having three Engineering Colleges namely, Govt. Engineering College, Ajmer; Govt. Women Engineering College, Ajmer and Govt.

Engineering College, Banswara. Dr. Juniwal also has the honour of being nominated in the Board of the Management of the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota by the Hon'ble Governor and Chancellor of RTU, Kota. In view of his vast academic experience, untiring efforts and continued patronage in the field of Higher and Technical Education, the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India has nominated Dr. Ravi Juniwal as the Member of the Board of Governor MNIT, Jaipur. He has also been nominated or appointed as a member of the Admission or Coordination Committees of RMAT, RMCAAT and REAP.
